Terms of Use

You are granted a non-transferable, revocable licence to use Luma on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, rent, sublicense or resell the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Luma, including its design, visuals and source code, remains the property of its developer. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

This licence remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms; you may terminate it at any time by deleting the app.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
